Last military course of 2008

This years last military course started on monday the 24 November. The students will form a battalion staff and practise their skills during a command post exercise in the second week of December.

The PfP Junior Staff Officers Course this time includes students from ten different countries, besides students from Denmark, Norway and Sweden there are students from Armenia, Georgia, Italy, Kazakhstan, Slovakia and Ukraine.

The PfPJSOC course overall purpose is to prepare nationally trained staff officers from NATO and PfP-countries for assignments in multinational battalion headquarters in Peace Support Operations. The student’s ranks are from lieutenant to lieutenant colonel.
