The delegation met and discussed in depth different issues regarding education and training processes and systems. The main effort was to ensure that relevant courses are conducted in best possible way where the standards meet NATO requirements and quality assurance. The process how to increase the implementation of gender perspective was also discussed at all levels in the SACT HQ structure. NCGM as the NATO department head concerning gender works closely with SACT on this topic. To meet and discuss in details is vital to make a joint venture that will support the implementation of gender perspective in NATO.
